After just one year as a Senior Designer, I was promoted to Associate Creative Director (ACD) while also receiving the Founder’s Award for outstanding contributions. In this role, my responsibilities expanded to leading and art directing projects, guiding teams of designers, motion artists, and writers to produce high-impact work. I worked closely with marketing professionals, product designers, content writers, creative directors, and product leads to execute high-fidelity marketing campaigns focused on driving net deposits and user growth.
Notable projects I led included:
Robinhood Gold Website Redesign – Transformed the Gold site into a customer acquisition-focused experience, making it the first live use case of Robinhood’s new brand guidelines. This included interactive features like a custom calculator that allowed users to estimate their potential Gold benefits.
High-Impact Promotional Campaigns – Spearheaded creative for multiple campaigns aimed at driving net deposits, anchored to key brand moments throughout the year. One major highlight was HOOD Week, a promotional event that coincided with the Hood Summit, where we rewarded customers with unprecedented cash bonuses for account transfers.
